Freddie Wong

Freddie first stepped on the mat in 2002, and a seed was sown to share this gift of contentment and calm to everyone. Since then she has completed a 500-hour training with Patrick Creelman and Rinat Perlman, Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa™ training with Dario Calvaruso, and Mindful Birth for Pregnancy, Birth and Baby training with Michelle Papa and Dr Jean Byrne. Training with Tamer Begum, she is now a certified Level 2 AntiGravity® Fitness Instructor who teaches both kids and adults alike. Teaching with a mixture of discipline & grounding elements sprinkled with a dose of playful spirit, Freddie's class will leave you feeling confident and content, with a positive shift in body, mind, and spirit.

AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga I-II
Suitable for those with some AntiGravity experience.
Explore moving in all directions of open space with the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock as you fly and soar your way to greater health & well being. Through meditation, pranayama, and asana postures, this class builds upper body strength, core strength, flexibility, mobility; it includes a variety of zero compression inversions and aerial levitations.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for Hammock adjustments.

AntiGravity® Cocooning
Supercharging the Power Nap According to the National Sleep Foundation, research shows that naps can restore alertness, enhance performance, and reduce mistakes and accidents. A study at NASA on military pilots and astronauts found that a 40-minute nap improved performance by 34% and alertness by 100%.
A 15 minute nap can make up for a poor night's sleep. A nap can be a pleasant luxury, a mini-vacation. It can provide an easy way to get some relaxation and rejuvenation, and has psychological benefits as well.
AntiGravity® Cocooning is a 45 minute class that takes participants through basic stretching and mobility sequences before placing them into the Cocoon for a guided meditation.

Suitable for all levels.
AntiGravity® Decompression Session is suitable for all levels, whether you are a first-time flyer or an experienced one. Focusing on decompressing the spine, this class offers the opportunity to build mobility and flexibility in the spine, sharpening awareness in both body and mind. Expect to leave this class feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and relaxed.

AntiGravity® Restorative Yoga
Suitable for all levels.
AntiGravity® Restorative Yoga is the gentle, meditative, slow stretching and rehabilitative version of AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga. This nurturing class is perfect for those in recovery mode or like to tune in at a deep level. The unique method focuses the mind through powerful visualisations as you float through a series of gentle gyro-kinetic motions, deeply opening the entire spine, hips, and connective tissues of the body. This technique features full body inversions, alongside various forms of flowing spinal traction with the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock height is lowered much closer to the mat for greater accessibility and relaxation.

Prenatal yoga
Prenatal yoga is a childbirth education-centred therapeutic yoga class focused on pelvic floor strengthening, birthing focused yoga asanas, breathing techniques, relaxation/meditation, and alleviating discomforts during pregnancy. The class honours the different stages of physical and emotional changes of your pregnancy and encourages a supportive community of mothers-to-be sharing experiences throughout the pregnancy journey.
Learn to channel your energy to reconnect with the innate wisdom of all mothers, bringing awareness to mind, body and spirit of you and your baby.

Suitable from 2nd trimester. Physician clearance is recommended.

This is a grounding and safe approach to yoga that teaches foundational principles of intelligent action through various breath and alignment centred asanas supporting freedom and flexibility in the body and mind. The practice may include pranayama, chanting, meditation, and the use of yoga props.
