Lindsay Parfitt

Lindsay has passion for mindful, yet challenging movement and helping students to connect deeper by working to their own limits while respecting their bodies. As a mama herself, she loves guiding mothers through pregnancy and beyond. Lindsay is a Yoga Alliance Vinyasa Flow teacher (RYT 500) and Pre & Post Natal Mindful Birthing certified (RPYT), as well as being a Calm Birth School instructor. Lindsay's style is accessible to all, yet challenging and fun. She believes in practicing from a place of non-judgement of others and most importantly of ourselves.

Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa means "movement with breath". This class with allow you to challenge the body, while deepening the breath, body and mind connection.

Pre & Post natal Yoga
This class is open to all trimesters and post natal up to one year. We focus on releasing areas commonly tight during these times and building strength to support your body both during and after pregnancy.

Calm Birth
A series of classes for those looking to be an active and empowered participant in their birth story. By changing the way we think about birth, we can change how our bodies react. Learn techniques to manage the challenges of birth and how to achieve a positive outcome, no matter your birth path.
