May Nogoy

Meet May, Fivelements Habitats' Wellness Curator. Beginning her yoga journey in 1996, guiding yoga sessions for 18 years, May focuses on heart and alignment-based yoga to cultivate healing and empowerment. May has been a keystone in developing Hong Kong's wellness community. She promotes human centered sustainability through initiatives such as co-creating The Garden Gathering, teen wellness programs for HKIS, Yoga People of the Public (a platform for domestic helpers and teachers), and former director of HK's largest outdoor wellness festival, IRIS Your Escape. Yoga Alignment I
All levels welcome.
This is a grounding and safe approach to yoga that teaches foundational principles of intelligent action through various breath and alignment centred asanas supporting freedom and flexibility in the body and mind. The practice may include pranayama, chanting, meditation, and the use of yoga props.

Yoga Alignment II - III
Suitable for those with a foundational knowledge of alignment principles.
This is a grounding and safe approach to yoga that teaches intelligent action through various breath and alignment centred asanas supporting freedom and flexibility in the body and mind. The practice may include pranayama, chanting, meditation, the use of yoga props, as well as arm balancing, inversions, and backbends.

Hot Yoga Detox Flow
All levels welcome.
Be guided through warming therapeutic postures facilitated in a heated room aimed to increase flexibility, strength, and stamina, aiding in improved circulation, detoxification, and purification.

Hot 26
This warm session is based on a sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. It is specifically designed to activate the entire body, using heat to stretch deeper, prevent injury and flush out toxins.

Moving Arts Yoga Flow
This is an immersive multimedia experience in our Moving Arts studio featuring wall projections that create a captivating visual surround-scape. Flow through a guided yoga practice as you are transported to other realms and journey within.

Tea Ceremony Meditation
Cha Dao, or the Way of Tea, offers us the space to remember our connection to nature. This offering will introduce 'bowl tea' and the essence of simplicity and meditation. We will share tea together in silence and connect to this plant teacher as a bridge to the meditative mind as we cultivate inner harmony and awakened presence. There will be a few moments at the end for discussion, reflection and questions.

Three Bowls of Tea
The making and sharing of a few bowls of Tea gives rise to a profound experience expressing a spectrum of beauty found in the mundane. This offering is a glimpse into a tea ceremony where one may enter into calm and stillness as they embark on a journey towards the awakened mind. Tea will be shared in silence and there will be a few moments for reflections the end. A perfect interlude during the day for the wind between the pines to be heard in our kettle.

Women's Tea Ceremony
Cha Dao, or the Way of Tea, offers us the space to remember our connection to nature. This offering is for women only and will introduce 'bowl tea' and the essence of simplicity and meditation. Sacred Sound Bath
Open to all, no prior experience necessary.
Comfortably recline on cushions, or simply sit in meditation to enjoy this healing sound session. Be guided through a deep energy clearing meditation whilst being bathed in various healing sound vibrations such as crystal or Tibetan chakra singing bowls, shamanic drum, and gong. Journey into the experience of the chakra energy centres, or simply relax and unwind to the soothing sounds.

Singing Bowl Meditation
Open to all, no prior experience necessary.
Comfortably recline on cushions, or simply sit in meditation to enjoy this healing sound session. The more you listen the deeper you relax. As you listen the soothing sound of singing bowls, the pulsation of sound waves entrain your brainwaves into peaceful and productive states.
